FAQ

I DO NOT DEAL WITH RUDE PEOPLE, IF YOU EMAIL ME AND ARE RUDE TO ME I AM IMMEDIATLEY REFUNDING YOUR ORDER.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

If it's a product I currently have in stock and not a preorder I try my best to mail within 5-7 days. Sometimes it takes longer. I'm just one person and I have a day job, a dog, and tbh shipping stinks. I enjoy having fun on the weekends just like you. I only have so much energy to package, mail, and continue making art. So please be understanding if something is taking longer than you'd wish.

I ORDERED A PREORDER ITEM WHERE THE HECK IS IT?

Since it was a preorder, that means it still needs to be ordered, produced, packaged, and shipped at the time of you ordering it. I usually wait 1-2 weeks after a preorder announcement to put items into production. Once its in production it is out of my hands until I get word that it is finished and ready for me to pick up. This can take a while, a month or more, especially in these trying times when some supplies may be backordered or businesses are slammed with other orders.

If its an item im screenprinting in my studio, please understand that I print orders when I have free time after working 8 hours at a very physical day job. So sometimes it can take longer than expected to finish printing a job. Unforseen printing issues can also occur which delay production unexpectedly

All of my stickers are printed by small businesses like me and all screenprinted items are made by me by hand. Things take time. Please understand this when preordering

I GOT AN EMAIL MY ORDER SHIPPED BUT ITS BEEN OVER A WEEK SINCE I GOT THAT EMAIL. DID YOU SCAM ME?

Probably not. You got that email when I marked your order shipped on bigcartel. That doesnt mean its actually at the post office. it can be 2-3 days until it actually starts its trip to your mailbox.

After that its out of my control how long it can take. In the continental US it rarely takes more than a week for things to arrive.

USPS often loses small mail items like envelopes filled with your stickers. They can reappear after spending some time in the USPS void. But they can also just be compleltey lost. It happens. I will happily replace anything you ordered. Its no problem. I want you to stick these to stuff for others to see. I would never scam you. I promise.

ARE YOU A SCAMMER?

No, and if you start an email to me about your order implying that I am, I will immediatley refund your order and probably block your email address. Your money is not important enough to me to deal with some rude stranger via email. There is no HR department at my company. I will be rude right back. Go shop on amazon if you want stellar service when youre being an asshole.

I GOT MY HANDMADE ITEM BUT I THINK IT LOOKS BAD

Screenprinting is not like clicking print on your computer. Sometimes issues arise and things cannot look like a digital mockup. Particularly when it comes to halftone printing on foam koozies. I cannot guarantee things will look 100% like they do in a photoshop mockup when they arrive to you. If you are unhappy I will gladly refund you if I'm met with a nice email. If you want to be a dick about it so will I. Sorry. I dont make much money off of these items and getting mad at a small business owner because youre upset is pretty lame. Go shop on Amazon if you have an issue with handmade items.

ARE WATER BASED INKS WEATHERPROOF? WHY DO YOU PRINT STICKERS WITH THEM?

Printing on vinyl in general usually requires the use of solvent based inks, they smell very bad, you need to use thinner that smells even worse, you need to wear a respirator and they eventually make you go crazy after years of use.

I used to print all of my stickers with this. This is 100% weathproof/fadeproof for many years as long as its printed on high quality vinyl. on the scale of weatherproofness id give it 9/10 except when compared to UV printed stickers, which I now pay a company to do for me on stickers I dont prinr in my studio. this is 10/10 weather/fade proof
The stickers Im printing in my studio are printed with an ink specifically designed for printing and adhering to gloss vinyl and other coated surfaces. Its made by the same company (Nazdar) as the solvent based ink I used to use.
Ive done a fair amount of testing with it and visually it looks better to me (glossier) and weatherproof Ive had stickers outside testing for 5-6 months that look the same as they did when I printed them. Thisnink is meant for printing signs outdoors so its made to withstand weather quite well.
I dont have the most long term results but id give these a 7/10 in durability. Mostly losing points because:
1. if you were to REALLY HARDLY scratch at the ink on the sticker you could scratch it slightly.
2. if you were to apply the sticker unevenly and rub it very hard to try and get it flat. (application instructions/tips are included with your order)
3. If you put the sticker on something you were handling over and over (like a waterbottle) it would eventually start to scratch the sticker.
I print my stickers on the highest quality permanent vinyl available: Oracal 651.
Ideally these are best applied to a car bumper, a window, a toolbox etc.

DO YOU DO REPRINTS?

Usually not, but if you annoy me enough maybe I will. If you hit me up about a reprint but then dont buy it when I do actually reprint it, just know youre the reason i dont usually do reprints.
